Toasted Croissant
Title:  Toasted Croissant
Description:  On a warm Saturday afternoon, February 20, 2016 one of Amtraks last three remaining AEM7-ACs was tasked with leading "The Crescent" from New York to Washington. The train is seen here biting into the S-curves at Elizabeth with the 8-car New Orleans-bound train in tow. It was certainly one of the more photographed trains on the Northeast Corridor in some time as railfans try to document these veteran "toasters" in their final months of service.
