| Twin Cities and Western 4301 gets a little workout as it tries to get 17 loaded cars moving. You can tell the traction motor blowers are going as well, check out the dust getting kicked up as it comes over Dowling Ave. This was the first time the TCWR has been on these tracks since 2004/2005 |
