Illinois Central Gulf GP8 #7707 was built April 1953 as Pittsburgh & Lake Erie # 5726 and later became P&LE #1511. In 1974, unit was rebuilt into a GP8. On January 17, 1992, #7707 was sold to the Pinsly Railroad and became Arkansas Midland (AKMD) #707 |
