New York Central Railroad SW1 692 at the Root Street coach yard in Chicago, Illinois on March 28, 1965, Ektachrome by Chuck Zeiler. Built in April 1941 ( c/n 1274 ) as NYC 642, it was renumbered to NYC 692, then NYC 8489, later PC 8489.
