| Galveston Wharves (GWF) SW1001 301 was built in October 1975 ! as serial number 756080-1 ! The railroad had been owned by the City of Galveston, but it was sold to Rail Management Corp. in 1987 and renamed Galveston Railroad (GVSR). All of RMC's 14 shortline railroads was subsequently acquired by G&W Industries in 2005. |
